Shipping Information
Standard Shipping (Delivery time 1-8 days via UPS/Priority/1st Class):
$8.00 for first item,
$3.00 each additional item, 

Economy Shipping (Delivery time 1-3 weeks via Book Rate/1st Class):
$4.50 for first item,
$3.00 each additional item.

Rush Shipment Options: Standard Shipping Charges plus Rush Surcharge per order:
$25.50 3-Day,
$29.75 2-Day,
$38.75 1-Day

Note: Items# beginning with the letter "P", please allow 6-10 weeks, as these are custom bound

International Shipping
Canadian and International shipping is available.  Customers will be charged additional shipping expense at cost. NEHGS will not be responsible for customs or taxes on international shipments.

Shipping carrier is chosen at the discretion of NEHGS. UPS does not ship to post office box addresses. Please put a comment in the comment section of the submittal form if you do not wish to receive shipments from UPS.

Multi-volume sets count as separate books in shipping calculations.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. It is now required on all online forms to obtain your CSC Number .

Return Policy
All returns must be in good saleable condition and must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. Defective items will be exchanged for same item only.

Please note: some returns of Special Order titles may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
