
The National Archives (NARA), Northeast Region office in Waltham, Massachusetts, has a treasure trove of genealogical material. NARA holds both microfilm and original records of the federal government dating from 1790. Highlights of the collection include census records from 1790 to 1930, Revolutionary War records, and an extensive collection of passenger arrival lists for the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. NEHGS staff will be on hand to provide consultations and assist you with your research. Registration includes lunch. Featured consultants include Marie E. Daly, Christopher C. Child, and Michael J. Leclerc.
